Nice to be a wine ... on the single vineyard Schilling. Endless sun from above, a loam-loess mixture with slips of brown earth from below. The noble old vines in this vineyard also contribute to Georg Weinwurms best Gruner Veltliner. Highly complex, dense and full, with a touch of minerality on the palate.
TASTING NOTES Deep and rich in scent, delicate vanilla note from the long yeast contact, quince, minerality provides structure from the beginning, colorful array of pome and stone fruit from crisply cheeky to ripe for harvest, always serious, great length
